As a mirage simp, I can say that mirage needs long tracks to function properly, even the instakill against the chonky enemies won't pay off. Archmages should be plain, Necromancers should get Death Rider 1, Crossbows should get Barrage 1 at first and Barrage 3 later, Assassins should get Dodge 3 (in this case), Dwaarp (if you use it) should get Furnace 3 and Drill 1, Mecha should be maxed eventually.įirst: Bring bruxa. You can move in a Battle Mecha from the fourth spot, or you could go with a Dwaarp in place of the Crossbow and add in a Crossbow on the fourth spot, or whatever. Then you can add in a Crossbow and Archmage on the right ('add in' as in you get both Assassins and those two towers there), and a similar thing on the left, though I tend to go with a Necromancer there instead of an Archmage. Assassins are still very good, but if you don't upgrade Sneak Attack, they're just stallers with some decent physical damage, basically what a barracks should be. It completely bypasses the opposite resistances.Īlternatively, you go for the actually fun way, where you need to balance your damage types. Either you completely cheese it with Assassins, because Sneak Attack has instakill chance, and Assassins can dodge all melee attacks in that stage.
